Steven Rosen

Steven is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Villanova University Law School.

For more than 30 years Steven has worked with companies and individuals who are interested in selling both Main Street and Middle Market businesses. His team of business transaction specialists work with him in matching sellers with potential business owners. Steven is experienced in negotiating transactions and structuring the finalized deals. He works with accountants, other attorneys, financial planners and a variety of lenders.

Prior to becoming a business transaction specialist, Steven worked as a general counsel for a New York Stock Exchange company doing mergers and acquisitions. He has written articles on selling and buying a business for several trade publications and is working with legislators to improve the climate of business in Pennsylvania.

As past President of the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association, Steven has shown leadership in his field. Steven is a member of the following organizations: American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, International Business Brokers Association, International Franchise Association, Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association and M&A Source. Steven is also a lifetime certified business intermediary.
